What this website collects
This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no advertising cookies. The hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the website running.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages viewed, the approximate location (city level), the device and browser used and how the visitor reached the website. This information is used only in aggregate to improve the website; it is not used to identify visitors or for advertising. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (external site). You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (external site).
Embedded content
Videos and the map are not loaded until you choose to play a video or show the map. When you do, content is loaded from YouTube (using its privacy-enhanced mode) or Google Maps, and Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.
When you contact the chamber
If you telephone or send a message, the details you provide are used only to respond to your enquiry and to check for conflicts of interest. They are not sold or shared for marketing. Please share only what is needed for an initial enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry details that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed to respond and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal data held about you, and raise a grievance, by telephoning the chamber.
